Methods of Payment
Our only form of payment at this time is through PayPal.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are normally $5.00, which will be added in with your purchase price. We currently do not ship outside the continental United States. Shipping charges are subject to change without advance notice.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns within 15 days from date of original shipment, which will be refunded in full less the cost of shipping. Please contact us through the Contact Form or by email at info@masongrovejewelry.com to obtain a Return Authorization code. Returns will not be accepted without the RA code.
How Often Does Your Inventory Change?
We are constantly in design mode, so our inventory can change on a weekly or even daily basis. Visit us often to see what’s new!
I Saw An Item On Your Site That’s No Longer There! Do You Take Backorders?
To keep our jewelry unique for you, we normally create only one of each item, unless by special request. If you saw an item that you loved and now it’s gone, send us a message using the Contact Form or email at info@masongrovejewelry.com. We may be able to re-create it for you depending on the availability of materials.
Do You Have Sales or Specials?
Our prices are already competitively low, so sales are not going to be common. However, certain items may have special pricing during particular times or for special events. Visit our site often to see if we have special pricing.

Mason Grove Jewelry does not have a store-front therefore we only operate online at this time. There are plans to attend trade shows and events in the future. Please visit our site often to see if you will be able to meet us in person.
